All advertisements, photos, descriptions, and any other content published on direkta.ca are the sole responsibility of the advertiser. Direkta Inc. does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. The advertiser certifies that they own or have the legal right to use all photos and content submitted.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without refund: offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language or imagery; adult, sexually explicit, or violent content; content promoting illegal activities, weapons, or controlled substances; content targeting or harming minors; false, misleading, or fraudulent advertising; content that infringes on third-party intellectual property or trademarks.

Direkta reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at any time, at its sole discretion. Listings that violate our policies will be taken down immediately. Advertisers who repeatedly violate our policies may be permanently banned from the platform.

All sales are final. In the event that a listing is removed by Direkta due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances at Direkta's sole discretion, a partial refund of up to 50% of the listing fee may be considered. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to [email protected].

Direkta does not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, leads, or sales resulting from an advertisement. Reach and traffic statistics provided are estimates based on historical data and are not a guarantee of performance.

Personal information collected during the listing process (name, email, phone) is used solely for the purpose of managing your listing and communicating with you about your account. Direkta complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Direkta reserves the right to modify listing fees and pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.

Direkta's total liability to any advertiser shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific listing in question. Direkta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
